Our Team

Lucinda Brogden, Executive Director

Lucy delivers effective organisational development and human capital management initiatives.

With more than 20 years professional experience, Lucy delivers client solutions that are evidence based in their formulation and commercial and practical in their application.  This approach has earned her the respect of leading Australian CEO’s and Company Directors.

Lucy has worked at the forefront of corporate social responsibility in Australia as the Manager of the Macquarie Group Foundation.  Her commercial expertise comes from strategic roles within Macquarie Group as Head of People Strategy and Head of Corporate Communications.

 

Jonathan Strauss, Executive Director

Jonathan has over 11 years international experience in the funds management industry and a deep knowledge of investment analysis, corporate credit risk, and compliance. He combines a realistic business focus with environmental change management initiatives delivering sustainable, practical solutions for clients.

A keen personal interest in sustainability drove Jonathan to follow his passion to design sustainable organisations. Jonathan is a member of the Carbon Management Institute of Australia and New Zealand (CMIANZ). He has helped clients enhance their sustainability by reducing their environmental impact and improving their financial performance. Most recently, he has been working with a 5-star hotel in Bhutan.

 

Ana-Maria Paya, Executive Director

Ana has over 20 year’s professional experience, including 13 years working in the Americas and Europe. Ana has worked with variety of industries including mining, financial services, technology and the not for profit sector. Ana delivers improved long-term organisational performance.

Ana’s strong personal interest in organisational sustainability is reflected in her membership of the Carbon Management Institute of Australia and New Zealand (CMIANZ). Ana works with clients to identify the risks and opportunities presented by a carbon-constrained economy.

 

Peter Johnson, Executive Director

Peter applies over 10 years of broad ICT knowledge and experience to improve the business, information and technical architecture of organisations. He is passionate about assisting organisations improve performance and reduce risk through the effective application of strategically-aligned and people-focused processes and technology. Peter is a Technologist Member of Engineers Australia and maintains Certified Professional status of the Australian Computer Society.

Peter’s professional interest in organisational sustainability was ignited by a tour of sustainable businesses in Germnay and Switzerland where he observed how sustainable practices, principles and processess can improve the performance, risk and stability of organisations. He is a former director of the Institute for Sustainable Leadership and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He is currently pursuing a PHD investiging organisational sustainability, financial performance and risk management.
